and climbing in South America, and thus, we have the
best trained professionals in this field who are well–prepared
to accompany and help clients, hikers and climbers
to achieve their goals safety and satisfactorily.
THE HIGHLANDS EXPEDITIONS notifies the clients and
suppliers that workers, employees and partners have
neither responsibility nor obligation about the organization.
2.- By
this document we let you know, that we have
not responsibility for any kinds of incidents that
might happen during your flight, likewise, terrestrial
trips regardless they occur in motels, hotels or any
kind of robbery, illness, or any action that may cause
civil disturbance, governmental restrictions and others.

THE HIGHLANDS EXPEDITIONS: Guides,leaders and
all the staff which work with us are highly qualified
to perform their job in South American Andes, for these
reasons an efficient service for clients and suppliers
is taken for granted.

LEADERSHIP OF THE LEADERS: Our expedition leaders
are members of THE INTERNATIONAL GUIDES ORGANIZATION
(IFMGA), and so, they have the authority to assume responsability
upon the problems the expeditioners, who are taking
this service, may cause to the clients about their health
and life risks, and personal illegal acts. The LEADER
will report these problems to the main office or medical
center. For example: If there were some people who commit
illegal acts, they would be separated from the expeditions
with no right to claim economical reimburse, on the
other hand, if a person were badly sick he or she would
be demanded to return to his o her native country inmediately
the communication between leaders and clients will be
permanent.

THE COMPANY: Now that the instruccions are
well understood, the company will not be responsible
for the illnesses, accidents or dead that may happen
during the expeditions taking place in South American
Andes.
6.-
MISSING OBJECTS : The company, leaders and
workers will not be responsible for the loss of valuable
objets of your personal property, that might happen
during the trip, regardless it is terrestrial, aerial,
local, national or international.

Analizing and understanding the contents mentioned
above, we hope you make your reservations, so we can
give you a quality service during each expedition program.

Prices are determined according to the expedition
and they can be dealt with the company, that is to say,
international currency such as EURO, Pound Sterling,
and also national currency. The rate of exchange at
the date of contract with an inflation of 4% because
of permanent changes.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS: Reservations and
advance payments will be made in three parts, and advance
payment of 40% of the total payment of the expedition
which the client chooses and it is as follows:

In Peru 03 months before the expedition.
- In Argentina, Bolivia and the rest of countries which
expedition dates are already fixed, it will be made
04 months before, the payment of the 60% left, will
be paid a month before the expedition.

REIMBURSEMENTS: The company will make reimbursements
as follows:
-
Within 10 workdays – 90% reimburse of advance
payment.
- Within 20 workdays – 80% reimburse of advance
payment.
- Within 1 month – 60% reimburse of advance payment.
- Within 2 months – 40% reimburse of advance payment.
- Within 15 workdays before the total payment –30%
reimburse of advance payment.
Reimbursements will be made as mentioned, because the
company has made office expenses and advance payments
to suppliers and servers of the company.
ABOUT
TOTAL PAYMENT.
Having
made the total payment, clients have the right of the
reimbursement of:
- Within 8 workdays of total payment –40% of total
payment.
- Within 15 workdays before the expedition, the clients
will lose the total (100%) of the payment made for the
expedition, this happens, because by this time the company
has already received the confirmation for the expedition
services such as hotel, transportation and also office
and financial expenses.

CANCELATION OF THE EXPEDITIONS: They will be
made by e-mail or post office, be sure of writing down
your personal data and addresses for best communication.

CANCELATION OF TRIPS BY THE COMPANY: The company
will cancel trips and expeditions in case of Natural
disasters, Government request and for other unexpected
incidents, and it will be solved between the clients
and the company. Changes of places of expeditions may
occur and they might be local, national and international
which are to be communicated immediately to the clients
or to the group of expedition and suppliers.
IMPORTANT: We would thank the group of expedition and
you for the accomplishment of the instruccions mentioned
above, and we will supply the best information, questions
and quality service.

WEBPAGE: The webpage is based on reserved rights
which can neither be reproduced, copied nor changed
such as texts, images and other parts of the content.
Our web page is controlled and supervised by the company,
government and our suppliers. If you intend to infringe
the right of property, mark or register of our webpage,
the company will advice you not to do it, in such a
case you will be responsible for infringing the right
of a property.
